Compared to conventional screening systems, Chebigen’s CBDS system offers enhanced functional performance and is used to secure novel functional candidate substances. In collaboration with partner institutions, we aim to elucidate the functions of new substances and target genes. Currently, we are building a Chemical Library utilizing our derivative synthesis technology and are advancing the development of a cell-based discovery system. In addition, we are promoting the development of specific functional active ingredients through functional screening of candidate materials developed via extraction and fermentation processes.
