Chebigen collects a limited amount of personal information through the Proposal & Quotation Inquiry menu. To submit a proposal or quotation inquiry to Chebigen, you are required to provide the following information. There are no restrictions on submitting inquiries even if optional items are not provided. Input Items: Company Name, Website URL, Name, Contact Information, Email, and other information necessary for partnership inquiries.

Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

Some of the collected personal information is retained until Core Insight’s response is completed and is used to ensure accurate service delivery. Upon completion of the response to the inquiry or achievement of the purpose of information provision, the data will be permanently deleted (deletion from the submission database) to ensure it cannot be restored or reproduced.
